Silver Bay Public Library News

The Friends of the Silver Bay Public Library will be holding its annual book sale Saturday, July 13, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. This event will coincide with the annual Bay Days festivities. While many of you are spring cleaning at this time and anxious to find a new home for your used books, we ask for your patience. Currently the library has no room to accept them. We ask that you wait to bring in your gently used, clean books to the library toward the latter half of June or early July. We also ask that you do not bring musty books or outdated textbooks.

Sarah Stonich author program Monday, May 20 at 6:00 p.m. at the library.

Sarah Stonich is the author of internationally acclaimed novels including: These Granite Islands, The Ice Chorus and her memoirs, Shelter and Vacationland. Her award winning works have been translated worldwide. She has been a featured guest on MPR's Midmorning with Kerri Miller.
