It will take place on Friday, April 4, at 2 p.m. in the Silver Bay Public Library and is sponsored by the library with funding from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy Fund.
Two Harbors Public Library NewsTeen CornerThe local Teen Anime Club will be meeting on Saturday, March 29, in the THPL meeting room. We have subscriptions to both Funimation and Crunchyroll, so a ton of anime is available. We’ve already watched some “Darker Than Black,” “Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle,” “Durarara,” “Attack on Titan,” and more! Attendees will have an opportunity to vote on the episodes we watch, so if you have a favorite you’d like to share, or a new title you’d like to try, this is a great opportunity.Also, for those teens who participated in the teen winter reading program,” Zombie Read,” and didn’t pick up their prizes, stop by the library. Our final batch of zombie ducks and glow-in-the-dark mice have finally arrived.Kids’ CornerFriday, April 4, at 11:30 a.m., in the Two Harbors Public Library, the Duluth Playhouse and The Boogers are going to present “The Yard Bizarre,” a fabulously poetical and curious spectacle about a group of kids hiding away their favorite possessions before they can be sold in their parents’ rummage sale. The same show will be travelling up to the Silver Bay Public Library later that afternoon. The SBPL performance will be at 2:00 pm. Attend the show that best fits your schedule, or attend both of them! This is a great family program paid for by Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund and arranged by the Arrowhead Library System.
