Freshman Ashleigh Brykaliuk, who scored two goals in Friday's 5-3 win, netted her 10th of the season to break a scoreless standoff with 2:01 remaining in the second period.

Junior Zoe Hickel made it 2-0 with a power-play goal -- also her 10th of the season -- 11:17 into the third period. Junior Jenna McParland assisted on both goals to give her 18 assists and 28 points, both highs for the Bulldogs (13-10-5 overall, 11-8-5-3 WCHA).

Black kept the Beavers (9-16-3, 6-14-2-1) scoreless until Kaitlyn Tougas scored with the goalie pulled for an extra attacker with 13 seconds to play.

UMD hosts North Dakota next weekend in its final regular-season series at Amsoil Arena, but the Bulldogs clinched a spot among the conference's top four and will host a WCHA first-round playoff series.
