While a power outage was able to knock out some of the lights and the scoreboard at Silver Bay, it couldn't stop the Mariner offense. The Mariners scored eight touchdowns as they raced out to a 44-0 lead at halftime, and a final score of 57-12 over the Cherry Tigers. Three light poles went down along with the scoreboard with around three minutes left in the first half. The teams finished the first half as is and played the second half with both teams advancing their offenses in the same direction.
